How soon must I cancel my appoinment?


Please cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.




Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products / materials or equiptment?


No. Unless you have specific products or equipment you would like us to use.




Do you wash windows?


Yes.




If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?


Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.




Do you pressure wash?


Yes.




Do you snow plow?


Yes. For commercial and residential, we recommend contacting us in the spring/summer to guarantee availabilty. For commercial snow and ice management, contracts are available short term or long term and after an initial consultation, we outline your desired services, and provide an estimate.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment. If cancellations are not made within 24 hours of your appointment there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost of the services scheduled.
